Our client, a leader in IT operations, is seeking a Technical Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Analyst, you will be part of the IT Operations Excellence team supporting various operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Technical Analyst
Location: Remote What's the Job? - Provide expert support for applications, cloud services, and on-premises services, ensuring all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and track the progress of incident resolutions, ensuring timely and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Set up and manage MMS stabilization calls, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to address issues and strategize on future actions.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key operational metrics to enhance operational effectiveness and drive strategic decisions.
What's Needed? - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in IT operations, focusing on applications, cloud, and on-premises support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly and effectively.
- Experience in setting up and managing stabilization calls and follow-up processes.
