Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our clients' technical needs, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and account management for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their technical needs and ensure they are satisfied with our services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client-specific strategies to improve their experience with our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of business technology solutions, including Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with cloud portals and services.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with account management in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with client's products and services.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills.
