Technical Account Manager (Hybrid FAE/Sales)
Location: Milpitas, CA (Remote considered for exceptional talent in strategic location, Seattle)
Job Type: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Account Manager (Hybrid FAE/Sales) to join our team in Milpitas, CA or Seattle, WA. This unique role blends technical field application expertise with strategic sales responsibility, making it ideal for an FAE or engineer looking to transition into a business-facing role. You will independently own the sales relationship for key accounts while working in close collaboration with engineering, product, and R&D teams to deliver innovative solutions in copper and optical interconnects, power, and thermal systems. This position is central to Luxshare-Tech's goal of expanding our footprint in AI datacenters, edge computing, and HPC markets. Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead the customer relationship with a focus on both technical engagement and commercial strategy
• Co-manage and track business opportunities in coordination with the FAE, aligning technical direction with revenue goals and overall account strategy
• Understand and communicate complex customer applications and system architecture requirements
• Translate customer needs into actionable product development goals in partnership with R&D teams in the US and China 2
• Define and manage technical requirements for key accounts and new target markets
• Collaborate with product managers to develop and present customized solutions that demonstrate product value
• Analyze technical data, such as mechanical design analyses, SI/PI charts, and component reliability reports
• Lead resolution of technical issues, including RMAs, quality concerns, and application challenges
• Support strategic marketing efforts with technical content including datasheets, white papers, and go-to-market materials
• Represent Luxshare-Tech at customer meetings, technical conferences, trade shows, and standards bodies Scope of Work

• Project management for customer-specific initiatives Desired Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field 3
• 5+ years of experience in FAE, system architecture, or technical sales roles in the hightech industry
• Deep technical knowledge in at least one of the following: copper/optical interconnects, cables, thermal solutions, or power modules/PSUs
• Experience reviewing and interpreting design and analysis data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage technical teams and executive leadership
• Independent, self-driven, and capable of managing responsibilities across global time zones
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to create professional customer-facing content
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus We Offer
