This role demands strong capability in delivering Adobe technology applications, fostering robust customer engagement, and excelling in a high-tech, innovative setting. The ideal candidate should exhibit an unyielding drive to navigate complex challenges involving people, processes, and technology, contributing significantly to our customers' success and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture one-on-one relationships with customers, assuring their strategic and operational success with Adobe products. Deliver a comprehensive set of technical services, ensuring customers' operational health and optimizing their Adobe software investment. Guide diverse customer discussions, from technical aspects with developers to strategic engagements with senior leaders. Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, deeply understanding their business operations and technological landscape. Strategically address customer challenges, leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud and Creative Cloud to enhance their business processes and technology efficacy. Must-Have Skills: Outstanding communication and customer service skills with a customer-facing background. Proficiency in Adobe applications and eagerness to achieve high-level certifications. Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Industry Experience: Prior experience in the technology domain, particularly with Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager) is highly valued but not strictly required.
