Title: Technical Support Specialist

Description:
• We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of IT systems across multiple locations, including support centers and administrative offices.
• This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with system functionality, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support, both on-site and remotely, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of IT support experience or a degree in a related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in network infrastructure, including cabling, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Experience with system security best practices and troubleshooting.
• Ability to configure, monitor, and support IT networks.
• Familiarity with operating systems and software applications commonly used in business environments.
• Strong knowledge of system imaging, hardware deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors to escalate and resolve issues.
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with encryption software and security applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and support ticketing systems.
• Ability to provide user training and documentation on IT best practices.
• Understanding of cloud-based collaboration tools.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $25/Hr
