We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer that delivers expert troubleshooting, maintenance, and solutions for client IT environments, ensuring seamless operations and quick issue resolution. This role involves proactive monitoring, responding to support requests, and collaborating with teams to optimize system performance and meet client needs.


Qualifications / Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with windows PC's, networking, and/or copier/printer management.
  • Experience in customer service, along with having sound judgement, discretion and the initiative to drive organizational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work within time constraints and deadlines, remain dependable, calm and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with standard troubleshooting best practices and the use of a Windows laptop and/or tablet to research information, communicate with and repair copier/printer hardware and software.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A proficient understanding of basic LAN/Network connectivity.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to drive a manual shift company vehicle.
  • Pre-Employment drug screening is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Communication - Be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with your team to assure that our customers are taken care of. Deliver clear and concise instructions to customers through phone calls, chat, or in-person interactions.
  • Document - Maintain thorough documentation of identified issues and their corresponding solutions to support future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain - Monitor system performance and ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of network infrastructure.
  • Research - Conduct research to develop additional knowledge/skill set, as well as develop and implement solutions for technical challenges.
  • Train - Provide ongoing training to user so that they can become more educated on their technology.
  • Support - Assist in the implementation and deployment of new technologies.
