Job Title: Tech Quote Specialist
Location: On-Site/ Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20$21/hr DOE / Temp-to-Hire / Non-Commissionable

What Youll Do:
Youll play a key role in supporting our customers and sales professionals by managing quotes, facilitating order entry, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to fulfillment. Your day-to-day will include:
Customer Engagement & Consultation
Serve as a primary point of contact via phone and email for customer inquiries and order requests.
Provide product recommendations and technical guidance based on customer needs and current market trends.
Support customer loyalty through attentive service and consistent follow-through.
Sales Support & Quoting
Generate and issue accurate quotes, adhering to contractual pricing and promotional offers.
Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover sales opportunities and recommend bundled solutions.
Assist in customizing computing products and solutions to suit specific client applications.
Order Fulfillment
Process orders with accuracy and attention to company protocols using our order entry system.
Track product availability and ensure all accessories and related supplies are aligned with customer needs.
Coordinate internally to guarantee timely and error-free order fulfillment.
Tech Knowledge & Growth
Stay informed about our evolving suite of products, including cloud services, hardware, data center solutions, and software.
Maintain relevant technical certifications (well support your growth.).
Bring valuable feedback from the field to help improve the customer experience and product offerings.
Youre a Great Fit If You Have:
Some tech backgroundwhether from past work, school, or self-study (you dont need to be a wizard, just tech-savvy).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High accuracy, excellent multitasking, and a collaborative spirit.
Experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Bonus: Youre naturally curious, solutions-focused, and have a knack for numbers.
Who Youll Work With: Youll report directly to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and partner closely with our tech sales team, account executives, and fulfillment specialists to ensure customer expectations are met.
