Note: You will be employed by TMWX, part of TMW Unlimited (an affiliate of Accenture Song), but will work day-to-day as part of Accenture Song.

Please note: Employment offers are subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance, which requires a 5-year continuous UK address history, including no periods of 30+ days outside the UK.

As a Senior Digital Engineering Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Driving growth within our customer technology product & platform engineering practice.
  2. Advising clients on building product and platform engineering capabilities and teams.
  3. Building strong client relationships focused on digital and platform transformation.
  4. Leading engineering efforts across large digital and agile transformation programs.
  5. Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to deliver user-facing products and solutions.
  6. Providing technology and engineering thought leadership.
  7. Mentoring teams and supporting skills development and career growth.
  8. Contributing to developing offerings, assets, and participating in industry forums and events.

Job Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with:

  1. Over 10 years of experience leading large front-end, product, or platform engineering teams.
  2. Experience with cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  3. Knowledge of Cloud Native Design and integrating cloud services into complex solutions.
  4. Previous leadership roles in software engineering (e.g., Engineering Lead, Head of Engineering).
  5. Extensive experience in agile digital product creation.
  6. Broad expertise in modern engineering practices including Product Engineering, Front End Engineering, Platform & SRE Engineering, Quality Engineering, Cloud Native Development, and DevSecOps.
  7. Ability to articulate technology trends and engineering practices.
  8. Proven track record of improving speed and quality outcomes using modern engineering practices.

Desirable qualities include:

  1. Recognized leadership or expertise in modern engineering.
  2. Experience in strategic planning for organizational growth and transformation.
  3. Ability to engage with senior leadership as a trusted advisor.
  4. Experience developing scalable propositions or engagement models.
