Tech lead and Architect

Job: Tech lead and architect Location: burbank, CA Duration: 6 Months Skill: Strong ETL , MDM and UDM Skills and with KAFKA skills Requirements 1-Technical lead for database, MDM & UDM related queries for offshore team and works closely with Data Architect, ETL team and customer stakeholders. 2-Helps in troubleshoot & bring in best practices in MDM, ETL ( Performance) & Data Migration & assists teams in Test Validation & participates in customer testing feedback implementation 3-Make critical & guide technical decisions and provide direction on technology choices. Oversee code quality & ensure best practices are followed. 4-Provide mentorship and support to team members, helping them grow their skills. Assign tasks & responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise. 5-Ensure that all technical activities are aligned with project goals & timelines. Track project progress & address any issue that arise. 6-Collaborate with product owners, project managers & other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Ensure effective communication within the team & with external parties We need Java full stack technical lead with DB skills. MDM, Alteryx etc are secondary skills (good to have Delivarables -Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
