Our challenge We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our projects align with strategic goals. As a Tech BA, you will work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the implementation of technology solutions.
Additional Information
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX is $90k - $100K/year & benefits (see below).
The Role Responsibilities:- Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and BPMN.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Trello.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing processes.
Requirements:- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in the financial industry or related technology in a business analytics role.
- Experience in JIRA Writing and User Testing is required.
- Experience in Internal Audit Processes is a plus.
- Experience in technology implementations utilizing Agile Software Methodology is preferred.
- Experience in data governance, background in data quality risk and control design is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Experience with database or visualization tools a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects at a time.
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive, able to navigate a complex organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of seniority.
