Your Responsibilities: - Greet every guest with a friendly smile and maintain a polite demeanor.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic attitude with both co-workers and guests.
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and quality food promptly.
- Collaborate with management and team members, fostering a strong team environment.
- Act as a role model prioritizing customer needs; resolve complaints swiftly while maintaining positive relations.
- Enforce company standards in team appearance and uniform compliance.
- Guide team members in completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee shifts, ensuring adherence to service standards, food safety, and protocols.
- Actively participate in training and developing new team members.
- Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory oversight, and labor management.
- Provide regular feedback to the RGM and management on team performance.
Are You the Right Fit? - Must be 18 years or older.
- One-year restaurant experience is required with a proven track record of leadership on all shifts.
- Must possess a current health card in accordance with local/state requirements.
- Basic math and reading skills are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, speaking, writing).
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Must complete the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam successfully.
