Your Responsibilities - Complete all required training programs including the Zaxby's General Manager Development Plan.
- Ensure that our guests have an outstanding experience.
- Maintain staffing levels through effective hiring, training, and recognition of top talent.
- Mentor and develop team members, holding them accountable for their performance.
- Create efficient work schedules to manage labor costs effectively.
- Plan and delegate shift assignments while communicating expectations clearly.
- Uphold service quality, product standards, and cleanliness.
- Inspire a positive team culture through strong leadership and by setting a good example.
- Drive profitability through effective cost control, team development, and adherence to operational standards.
- Build community relationships to increase sales and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines, policies, and regulations.
- Keep accurate records and utilize management tools efficiently.
- Handle any complaints or concerns with professionalism.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications: - Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Open availability, with the ability to commit to at least 48 hours per week.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous restaurant management experience is preferred (3-5 years required).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasionally stoop, bend, or climb.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Effective communication skills.
- Comfortable working in varying temperature environments.
- Safe operation of restaurant equipment.
