The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the effective management of the store by leading and motivating your team to ensure company standards are maintained across all areas. You will be responsible for one of the three departments in store but may be required to support other departments cross-functionally as needed.
As a Team Leader, you will oversee your team's functionality by setting goals for each shift, providing guidance and instruction, and leading by example. You will review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion. In the absence of senior management, you will act as the duty manager. As a Process Team Leader, your tasks include inventory management, cash handling, date and price checking, and inputting orders.
Working Pattern
This is a full-time position with a contract of 36.75 hours. The role requires flexibility, including early shifts starting at 6 am, at least one late night per week, and availability on Sundays.
