Alliance Personnel are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join one of their clients in assembly department as a team leader.
Key Duties:
- To lead and guide a team of assembly workers, ensuring they meet production targets,
- To maintain quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols.
- To coordinate daily production activities,
- To provide training and support,
- To be involved in process improvements
- Carry out assembly work as part of the team
- Communicate clearly with the team and management
- Use basic IT systems to record data and follow instructions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an assembly role
- Ability to lead a team or step into a supervisory position
- High level of spoken and written English
- Basic computer skills
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
