As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you'll embody the standards that define the Starbucks Experience . Leading your shift, you'll collaborate with a team of baristas to deliver top-notch customer service and expertly crafted beverages. Summary of Experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Meet operational policies and standards, ensuring quality beverages and food products, along with cash handling and security measures, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Six months of experience in roles requiring constant customer interaction and fulfillment of requests.
  • Ability to prepare food and beverages adhering to standard recipes or customizing them per customer preferences.
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to employees and coordinating teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to direct the work of others.

  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with retail environments.
