The pay for the Team Leader position ranges from $15.00/hr to $25.00/hr, with a starting rate of $20.67/hr.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage inventory efficiently according to store capacity, promotions, and seasonal demands to boost sales. Complete daily orders meticulously.
  • Drive exceptional sales by ensuring superior customer service, freshness in merchandise, and optimal stock levels. Conduct daily date checks and train the team to maintain high standards.
  • Present merchandise appealingly and adhere to precise pricing standards in all assigned areas.
  • Utilize computers effectively as required.
  • Stock shelves, design displays, process sales, and maintain cleanliness as needed.
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of store management and perform relevant duties.
  • Embody and promote our core values and cultural beliefs.
  • Maintain a safe store environment by adhering to safety policies and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by Store Management.
SUPERVISION
  • Although no direct supervision is required, you will monitor team performance and provide coaching to help colleagues meet their goals.
RELATIONSHIPS
  • Internal: Collaborate with employees across various levels in the company.
  • External: Interact with customers and service providers regularly.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • The role is conducted in a retail store, exposed to varying weather conditions, with moderate noise levels. Work is typically performed on level ground, with occasional ladder use required. Store temperatures may range from -10 to 85 degrees. Physical interaction with customers is necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • At least three (3) years of experience in retail, restaurant, or customer service industries.
  • Preferred: Previous supervisory or lead experience.
  • Flexible availability to work during holidays and weekends.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including email and internet software.

EDUCATION
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation: Salary varies based on experience, skills, and location. Overtime compensation is also available. Benefits may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement plans, paid time off, disability insurance, stock purchase plans, and life insurance.

Note: The physical environment includes exposure to various temperature ranges and potential manual handling of heavy items as per store requirements.
