Position Overview: The Team Leader is responsible for managing the efficient operation of both the front line and kitchen areas, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  1. Preferred: Some high school education.
  2. Clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
  3. Thorough knowledge of food preparation and operation of register equipment.
  4. Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with employees and customers.
  5. Good hearing capabilities to facilitate communication in busy environments.
  6. Clear vision to ensure safety while operating kitchen equipment.
  7. High level of honesty and integrity.
  8. Assertive yet courteous manner.
  9. Able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
  10. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  11. Team-oriented approach with minimal disruption to customers and staff.
  12. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop for up to 90% of the shift.
  13. Good manual dexterity for fast-paced environments.
  14. Collaborative mindset focused on delivering excellent quality, service, and cleanliness.

  5. Possess in-depth knowledge of all equipment and operations.

Training and Support: This position is typically performed under close/general supervision, with support available for exceptional challenges.

Decision-Making Responsibilities: Ability to observe situations, make quick decisions, and prioritize tasks based on customer and operational needs.
