Position Overview
Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season. (March)

Responsibilities
We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Birmingham and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.
You must have:
- Experience of managing a small team
- Ability to work independently or within a small team
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience of using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- A valid driver's license is essential
The Job
Mobile role working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces.
Regular visits to carry out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites, working within a small team. Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is satisfied with the work carried out.
Company van and mobile iPad are provided. Vehicle checks are required.

Salary: £30k-£40k based on a 48-hour work week, paid through an annualized hours program. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
