Start Date: September 2025
We are working with a highly regarded secondary school in Shenfield that is seeking an experienced and committed Team Leader of Computer Science to join their staff on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2025.
The successful candidate will lead the Computer Science department, delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5, while supporting departmental development and digital learning across the school. A Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) is available as part of the salary package.
The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS with experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 KS5

Have previous leadership experience or show strong potential to lead

Be confident with curriculum design, tracking progress, and raising attainment

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for computing and technology

Bring a calm, organised, and professional approach to teaching and leadership
