As a Team Lead in Retail Merchandising, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding in-store support to meet the diverse needs of shoppers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building attractive displays and end caps to maximize product visibility.
- Resetting shelves and implementing product rotations to ensure optimal inventory management.
- Monitoring inventory levels to capitalize on sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers.
- Supporting leadership with essential tasks including reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.

About You: - Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing when interacting with customers and management.
- At least 18 years old.
- Able to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, and standing; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred.
- Experience in leading and training other team members.
- Competent in using a smartphone or tablet for recording work after shifts.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on results and action.
- Able to work independently while also fostering team collaboration.
