The RN Team Lead for the OR Service Line oversees patient services in the surgical environment, ensuring coordination, strategic planning, and process development to meet physicians' instrument and inventory needs for safe, quality care.
Collaborates with surgeons, surgical staff, Medical, Anesthesia, and Surgery Directors to support system and process improvements. Reports to the Nurse Manager of Surgery and works with the Surgical Services Management Team, Nursing, and hospital administration. Requires an Ohio-licensed RN with at least 3-5 years of related experience, including 3+ years as a circulating RN and 2+ years in a leadership role; BSN preferred. Certifications include CPR; CNOR preferred.
