Job Title: Team Lead - Pantry FC Operations

The processes at our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) are largely manual, involving many associates. A critical role is that of a process associate, who mentors and guides associates to meet customer expectations by following standard work practices, with safety and quality in mind.
This role will be based in Guntur.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and executing the launch of the FC, then ramp up the site to the required processing capacity.
- Manage daily end-to-end operations for a 3P-operated Pantry FC, overseeing inbound, outbound, and ICQA operations.
- Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and team morale.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and partner experience.
- Monitor site health through daily audits such as 4M, 5S, and inventory checks.
Basic Qualifications
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong execution skills, action-oriented, proactive, and good people management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
