Our client, a dynamic retail organization, is seeking a Team Lead to join their team. As a Team Lead, you will be part of the sales department supporting a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $25-$27

What's the Job?
  • Engage with customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the store's product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
What's Needed?
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in appliance, jewelry, or technical sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in conducting product demos.
  • Capability to handle cash transactions securely.
