The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25-$27
What's the Job? - Engage with customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the store's product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
What's Needed? - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in appliance, jewelry, or technical sales is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in conducting product demos.
- Capability to handle cash transactions securely.
