About the Role


We're looking for a results-driven Senior Media Buyer with deep experience in Search Arbitrage, particularly RSOC (Related Search for Content). You'll be responsible for strategizing, launching, optimizing, and scaling high-volume paid search campaigns across platforms such as Yahoo and Meta.


This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expert-level campaign management skills, and a proven track record in profitable arbitrage at scale.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and scale Search Arbitrage campaigns, with a strong emphasis on RSOC (Related Search for Content) models
  • Manage media buying on major platforms including Yahoo, Meta, and Google Display Network (GDN)
  • Optimize campaigns through deep data analysis, A/B testing, creative iteration, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor traffic quality, CTR, CPC, RPM, and profitability metrics to maximize returns
  • Collaborate closely with landing page developers, designers, and data analysts to enhance funnel performance
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, publisher policies, and algorithm updates to keep campaigns compliant and competitive
  • Identify and test new traffic sources and arbitrage opportunities to expand performance

Who You Are


  • 4+ years of experience in digital media buying, with at least 2 years focused on Search Arbitrage
  • Proven success in RSOC arbitrage models, with a strong understanding of traffic monetization and revenue share dynamics
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Yahoo and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience working with or scaling on GDN is a significant plus
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and other performance analytics tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with large datasets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment with aggressive performance goals
  • Experience using automated bidding tools or custom scripts for campaign optimization
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks or performance marketing tracking platforms (e.g., Clickflare, Optimizer, etc)
  • Background in lead generation, native advertising, or content arbitrage
