As the Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional in-store merchandising support. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating eye-catching displays and end caps.
  • Resetting shelves with a keen focus on product rotation.
  • Monitoring inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
  • Assisting leadership with essential tasks like reporting, training, and scheduling.

About You:
  • You engage positively with customers and management, embodying a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from your work location.
  • 1-2 years of relevant merchandising experience.
  • Proven track record in leading and training others.
  • Comfortable using your smartphone or tablet for work documentation.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve results.
