As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you will play a crucial role in providing in-store support to retailers, ensuring that shoppers' needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

About You: - You are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- You are at least 18 years old
- You can perform physical work involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- You have reliable transportation to and from the work location
- You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- You have experience in leading and training others
- You can effectively use a smartphone or tablet for recording work after each shift
- You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
- You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and achieving results
- You are able to work independently and excel in team-building environments
- You prioritize safety in all tasks within a retail setting
