As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you will provide vital in-store support to retailers to meet the needs of shoppers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building engaging displays and end caps
- Resetting shelves with proper product rotation
- Tracking inventory to help maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers
- Assisting leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling
- Onboarding new hires to ensure they have the tools to succeed

What we're looking for in you: - A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with customers and management

- The ability to perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Access to reliable transportation for work commitments
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience in leading and training team members
- Familiarity using a smartphone or tablet for recording work
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
