As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, your role will involve supporting retailers by ensuring that shopping environments meet customer needs. You will build attractive displays and end caps, rotate products on shelves, and track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. About you: - Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation to and from your workplace
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience in leading and training team members
- Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet for work documentation
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on action and results
- Able to work independently while also building a successful team environment
- Committed to safety in the retail environment
