Overview Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time or part-time Team Dining Lead Cook to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Team Dining Lead Cook, you will be responsible for working with the highest quality and freshest ingredients with progressive techniques, while working directly with the team's nutrition program. Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals following the team's nutrition guidelines, using fresh, high-quality ingredients to meet dietary restrictions and performance goals
- Lead production and preparation of various food items for daily service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met while managing inventory and supplies efficiently
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of culinary lead cook experience in related food service operation
- ServSafe Certified preferred
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to execute production sheets and daily cooking operations
- Reliable transportation and the ability to be on time every day
