- Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to every guest
- Stay updated on current promotions
- Represent the Zaxby's brand with enthusiasm
- Assist with guest service and front-of-house activities
- Prepare menu items following company standards while ensuring safety and sanitation
- Properly handle food and beverages according to safety regulations
- Safely operate food preparation and cooking equipment
- Maintain product levels in workstations for efficient service
- Accurately assemble and package guest orders
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- Assist with inventory management and storage
- Clean and organize storage areas
- Other duties as assigned, completed with urgency and attention to detail
Requirements: - Aged 16 years or older
- Able to work between 9 to 28 hours per week
Capabilities: - Ability to continuously sit, stand, and walk
- Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- Effective communication skills-verbal, reading, and writing
- Able to perceive and respond to the environment effectively
- Willing to work in environments with varying temperatures and potential food allergens
- Safe operation of restaurant equipment, including knives and fryers
