The School and Role

This Good primary school, based in Rotherham are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant from September 2025. For this position, the desired HLTA will be at least Good standard and will be willing to go the extra mile to ensure they provide an excellent learning environment.

Requirements

The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have;

• Have an excellent understanding of how children learn

• Motivate and inspire children

• Have a positive working attitude and committed to continually improve teaching practise

• Be organised, punctual and adaptable

• Be committed to inclusion and equity
