- Program Design & Integration:
- Craft and implement a forward-thinking, interdisciplinary curriculum that aligns with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and national benchmarks, while promoting critical thinking and real-world problem-solving.
- Experiential Learning Facilitation:
- Lead learners through engaging experiences that include experiments, design challenges, coding projects, and collaborative exploration-making abstract concepts tangible and relevant.
- Instructional Delivery:
- Apply diverse teaching strategies that support multiple learning styles and developmental levels, ensuring access and excitement for every student.
- Growth Tracking & Feedback:
- Use formative and summative tools to measure student development in STEM competencies. Provide actionable feedback to guide student learning and celebrate progress.
- Learning Environment Stewardship:
- Foster a vibrant, respectful classroom culture that encourages risk-taking, teamwork, and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Lifelong Learning & Innovation:
- Remain engaged with emerging trends in pedagogy and STEM disciplines by participating in professional learning communities, conferences, and continuing education.
- Family & Guardian Partnership:
