• Inspire students by creating authentic, engaging learning experiences that prepare them for success in college and life.
• Lead small group instruction, facilitate discussions, and design projects that enhance student understanding.
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to individual student needs, connecting education to real-world applications.

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Valid State Professional Educator's Certificate (5-9 and/or 6-12 in content areas) - or eligibility for a temporary certificate.
• 2+ years of classroom teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong technology proficiency and ability to use learning management systems effectively.
• A team player with a passion for student success, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
