Tax Senior Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business income tax returns
• Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
• Analyze financial statements and accounting records to identify tax savings opportunities
• Assist with tax planning and compliance activities
• Provide exceptional client service, building and maintaining strong relationships

Tax Senior Essential Job Functions:

• Utilize tax software to accurately prepare and review tax returns
• Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding tax services
• Communicate complex tax information in a clear and concise manner to clients
• Provide training and guidance to staff members as needed

Tax Senior Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in tax preparation and review
• CPA certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Proficient in tax software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
