A reputable Public Accounting firm in the area is looking to add a Tax Manager to their team. This stable and growing firm offers clients valuable knowledge and expertise in tax. Due to the recent growth of the firm, there is an opportunity for a Tax Manager to join a team of highly motivated staff.
Tax Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, develop, and review the work of staff and senior associates.
- Perform advanced tax research and document conclusions.
- Manage projects, including managing and monitoring client deliverables and due dates.
- Develop tax planning strategies for clients.
Tax Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Accounting.
- Active CPA license.
- 7 years of public accounting tax experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ProSystem, Engagement, Doc.it, Adobe, and CCH.
- Experience handling IRS and State income tax inquires, audits, and notices.
Tax Manager Compensation:
- $100,000-$120,000
- Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO
