We're seeking a Tax Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing tax compliance, and delivering strategic tax advice. Your work will directly impact both our clients' bottom lines and the long-term success of our business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and review of corporate, individual, partnership, and other tax filings


  • Manage the preparation and delivery of tax strategies and advice to clients across various industries


  • Assist in tax planning, risk management, and compliance for both domestic and international tax issues


  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance on their professional development


  • Review and assess complex tax issues and coordinate with external advisors as needed


  • Keep up to date with tax law changes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, MST, or JD a plus)


  • 5 years of experience in public accounting


  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax codes, with a focus on compliance and tax planning


  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring


  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills


  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment


  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
