Job Details

Qualifications:
Candidates having 5+ years of experience at a certified public accounting firm and be a licensed CPA or an EA.

Expectations of this position:
Specialize in preparing complex tax returns
Specialize in reviewing individual and business tax returns and tax plans
High attention to detail
Strong aptitude for problem solving, technical work, analytics, and research
Mentor staff and interns
Supervise engagements to completion
Goal-oriented and have a desire to learn
Professional writing and verbal skills
Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
Organized and self-starter
Proven ability to give and receive both positive and constructive feedback
