Job Title: Tax Manager (Potential Path to Senior Manager/Partner)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - Must Live in Western PA)
Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 + Bonus (DOE)
Must-Haves:
- Must live in Western Pennsylvania
- Active CPA license or JD required and LL.M in Taxation (LL.M preferred)
- 8-15 years of public accounting experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong background in tax compliance, planning, and business consulting
- Industry experience with SMBs in manufacturing, construction, and auto sectors
- Ability to manage client relationships and supervise staff
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience at the Tax Manager or Senior Manager level
- Strong leadership skills and interest in firm ownership track
Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review complex tax returns for businesses, partnerships, and individuals
- Advise clients on business structure, transactions, and tax strategies
- Supervise and mentor staff across multiple offices
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Support business development efforts as needed
- Prepare for advancement to Senior Manager or Partner within 2-4 years
