About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager with expertise in international tax, expatriate tax, and a mix of business and personal taxation. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys developing tax strategies, and values strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
Manage international tax and expatriate tax engagements, ensuring compliance and strategic tax planning.
Oversee business and personal tax matters, advising clients on tax-saving opportunities and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive tax guidance and resolving complex issues.
Stay up to date on global tax laws and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to client engagements.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering professional development and technical excellence.
Represent the firm at industry events and build strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For
CPA required (or equivalent international designation).
7+ years of tax experience in public accounting required.
Expertise in international and expatriate taxation, with a strong understanding of cross-border tax issues.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, QuickBooks).
Strong client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
