Job Details

You will be responsible for leading a team and a variety of accounting and tax responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of delivering accurate work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Maintaining and analyzing financial records and general ledgers
Compiling and reviewing financial statements
Assisting with banking and client financial relationships
Preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Ensuring the preparation of thorough and accurate workpapers
Identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and profitability
Supporting the evaluation and selection of accounting software
Designing and implementing accounting systems and process improvements

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in public accounting
Previous experience as a Tax Manager
Strong accounting skills and experience reviewing financial statements
Knowledge of journal entries, general ledger, AP/AR, and other general accounting/finance practices
