This respected CPA practice based in Campbell, California, is seeking an Experienced Tax Manager to join its growing team. The firm specializes in serving high-net-worth individual clients and is known for its high-touch service and collaborative work environment.
This person will oversee tax engagements, manage client relationships, and provide leadership within the firm. This is an onsite position, but the firm offers flexible scheduling and fully supports accommodations for family responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage complex individual tax returns
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and deadlines
Qualifications:
- CPA or EA license (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
- At least 1 year of experience as a tax manager
- Strong background in individual taxation, especially with high-net-worth individuals
- Proficiency with Lacerte tax software (preferred)
