Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Review federal and state individual and fiduciary tax returns, projections, and supporting workpapers
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing all facets of their accounts
- Deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions tailored to client needs
- Identify planning opportunities through research and documentation of tax issues
- Ensure accuracy of filings and optimize client tax positions
-Contribute to business development and grow client relationships
- Lead and mentor team members; supervise staff development and engagement
- Monitor project timelines and maintain high-quality deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting required
- Master's in Taxation and CPA is a plus, but not required
- 10+ years of public accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Familiarity with hedge fund and private equity K-1s
