Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Review federal and state individual and fiduciary tax returns, projections, and supporting workpapers
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing all facets of their accounts
• Deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions tailored to client needs
• Identify planning opportunities through research and documentation of tax issues
• Ensure accuracy of filings and optimize client tax positions

-Contribute to business development and grow client relationships

• Lead and mentor team members; supervise staff development and engagement
• Monitor project timelines and maintain high-quality deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting required
• Master's in Taxation and CPA is a plus, but not required
• 10+ years of public accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with hedge fund and private equity K-1s
