Tax Director
We are seeking an experienced International Tax Director to lead our international tax planning function. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior leaders to identify tax planning opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze global tax impacts, including GILTI, SubF, and repatriation initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address complex tax issues across the business.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and provide support for quarterly and annual tax provisions.
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports, including interns and tax analysts.
What We're Looking For: - 10+ years of experience in global income tax reporting, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- knowledge of tax reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream) and technology solutions (e.g., Corptax) is a plus.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- A CPA is preferred; a Master's in Tax is also a plus.
Compensation & Benefits: - Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000, based on experience and location.
