Job Details
We are currently seeking associates for our New York office within the tax practice group. To be considered, candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience handling transactional tax matters, particularly with a strong focus on leveraged finance and capital markets transactions.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in transactional tax work, especially in complex finance and capital markets deals
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A strong academic track record
Admission to the New York Bar
