Adecco has partnered with a Tax Resolution company in Woodland Hills, CA to hire a Full Time Direct Hire Two (2) Tax Case Managers.
Job Summary
We are hiring Tax Case Managers who operate as the primary points of contact for our tax resolution clients, who work in Tandem with our Tax Professionals to ensure that clients are updated, informed, and up to date with their documentation and tax compliance. The Case Managers provide their Tax Professionals all the necessary information needed for the Pro to determine what the best resolution option is for their clients. Similar to a paralegal, our Case Managers primarily operate as a liaison, collecting documents, conducting analyses on cases, and communicating with the Pro's on strategy and criteria.
Responsibilities will primarily include, but may not be limited to:
Collecting & checking quality of documents/financial information
Conduct analyses on client accounts to help determine strategy and direction of service
Communicating with clients & providing them updates & excellent customer service
Manage a large client base
Monitor client's deadlines, requirements, and compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Associate degree (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
2+ year of customer service, legal, or financial administration experience
Tax Resolution experience preferred; will be subject to assessment
2+ years of Microsoft Office & CRM experience
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficient written and verbal communication skillset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- customer service, legal, or financial administration: 2 years (Preferred)
- CRM software: 2 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
- Financial analysis: 3 years (Required)
