How You Will Make An Impact:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 40-50 assigned clients, facilitating regular strategy calls and ensuring follow-through on tax and financial action items.
- Build trusted relationships with a diverse client base, from emerging entrepreneurs to high-net-worth individuals with complex financial portfolios.
- Collaborate with tax consultants to translate high-level tax strategies into actionable steps for clients.
- Track and manage client progress on key initiatives, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
- Gather, organize, and maintain sensitive documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Pivot between varying client needs and communication styles, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
- Play a vital role in shaping internal processes and contributing feedback to enhance the company's scalability and success.
Are You A Client Account Management Rock Star?
- 2+ years of experience in client account management, financial services, tax strategy, or related fields preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with tax concepts and financial terminology is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across a diverse client base.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
