Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our client in a successful financial services firm. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruiting and eager to develop their career in talent acquisition. You will play a crucial role in identifying top-tier talent, engaging with potential candidates, and supporting the recruiting efforts for Early Careers roles.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from internal databases and external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Conduct outreach and engagement with potential candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Host recruiter screens with candidates and assess their qualifications.
- Document response rates, candidate interactions, and sourcing strategies within the ATS system.
- Partner closely with the Data Mapping team and broader recruiting team to identify top talent.
- Maintain and enhance candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer; open to backgrounds in agency recruitment or RPOs at a bank.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Excellent research and sourcing skills, with experience utilizing ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates.
- Highly organized with a data-driven approach to sourcing and tracking candidate interactions.

- Potential Case Study: Candidates may be asked to review a job description, source a few candidates, and explain their reasoning.
