About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Talent Sourcer & Office Administrator. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our Sioux Falls office, which specializes in leadership development, executive search, and business advisory services.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in talent sourcing, gathering critical data, maintaining internal systems, and facilitating seamless communication among team members, candidates, and executives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS

The Key Accountabilities for the position include but are not limited to the following:

Communications & Coordination
  • Written and verbal communication at an elevated level with executives and support teams.
  • Maintain organized records of recruitment materials.
  • Update the search team on candidate feedback, sourcing trends, and search status.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate outreach, and assist with overall communication logistics.
  • Provide feedback on documentation, such as job descriptions, to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Database Management
  • Keep internal databases up to date, ensuring accurate and consistent data management.
  • Manage candidate profile uploads, maintaining organized and accessible information.
  • Use various tools to gather and update candidate contact information for efficient outreach.
Executive Search and Candidate Engagement
  • Conduct thorough research on potential candidates, industries, and market trends to support executive search efforts.
  • Complete reference checks and provide detailed summaries.
  • Assist in identifying top candidates and provide insights on market trends and skillset alignment.
  • Execute search strategies across multiple channels using a variety of sourcing techniques.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the candidate engagement process.
Operational Support
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, streamlining processes to support the team's work.
  • Assistance with calendaring, sending Doodle polls to facilitate scheduling, etc.
  • Take on special projects and provide ad hoc administrative support to the executive team as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in operations, administration, or a related area, ideally within professional services or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM or staffing software is preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proven excellence in professional writing.
  • Sense of Urgency: Self-driven, accountable, and able to work with an accelerated sense of urgency to meet business goals.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The comprehensive benefits package for this position includes:
  • Compensation of $40,000 - $65,000 annual salary, depending on experience
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance - 100% of individual coverage paid by Sagency
  • Principle Financial 401K - 5% employee contribution with 4% Sagency match
  • Dental Coverage - 100% of individual coverage paid by Sagency
  • Vision Coverage - 100% of individual coverage paid by Sagency
