Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Talent Resourcer to support our People team.

About the role

As the first point of contact for potential employees, you will play a crucial role in building relationships and promoting our employer brand. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for recruitment, enjoys working in a fast-paced/ fun environment and who has the ability to work on a variety of roles across different areas of the business. Key responsibilities
  • Proactively source and engage with candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and industry-specific networks.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver quality talent in line with business requirements.
  • Talent Pooling potential future candidates
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Working within the People functions to positively contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our 'soon to be launched' applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Promote and enhance the company's employer brand through engagement with potential candidates and active participation in recruitment events.
  • Foster relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Represent Vital Energi as an employer of choice, promoting our values and the exciting projects we're involved in.
  • Support the People Team and Talent Acquisition Manager with other talent development initiatives.
What you will need
  • Proven experience as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
  • Successful headhunting approach (LinkedIn, other platforms)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple, varied roles at once
