We're looking for a Talent Management Analyst to join a high-performing HR team that values precision, collaboration, and growth. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing and delivering programs that support employee development, performance, and engagement-while also managing important data and systems that bring it all together.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a long-term future in HR, Talent, or Organizational Development.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives-think logistics, communication, scheduling, and follow-through
  • Analyze and report on talent-related data to help shape decision-making and measure program impact
  • Help streamline internal processes to make the team (and the company) run more efficiently
  • Create clean, engaging materials for meetings, training sessions, and internal communications
  • Support annual performance and engagement cycles from end-to-end
  • Maintain key HR tools and platforms (like the LMS) and ensure data accuracy
  • Contribute to firm-wide efforts related to employee growth, mobility, and experience

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or learning & development
  • Strong organizational instincts with a love for details and process
  • Analytical chops-you're comfortable in Excel and confident presenting data-backed insights
  • Poise under pressure and a calm, solutions-first mindset
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping things moving forward
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
  • A proactive approach-you're always thinking two steps ahead

Why This Role?

  • You'll have high visibility and strong mentorship from a leader based in Chicago
  • People in this position have quickly grown into Associate-level roles
  • The team culture is collaborative, approachable, and invested in your success
  • The company offers a hybrid model with flexibility and understands that work-life balance matters
